- Maintain the security of your password
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

- The Service is free of viruses or harmful components
IMPORTANT: This Service is a tool to help manage transactions but should not be relied upon as your sole method of tracking critical deadlines. You are responsible for ensuring all transaction deadlines are met.
6. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REALTOR BUDDY LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MISSED DEADLINES OR LOST COMMISSIONS.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Realtor Buddy LLC from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
8. Subscription and Fees
NC Realtor Buddy may offer both free and paid subscription tiers. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
9. Data and Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to our collection and use of personal data as outlined in the Privacy Policy.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.
